1. Who we are and what this policy covers
The website www.infinite-dreams-solutions.co.il is operated by Yochai Apalu, licensed dealer (osek murshe) no. 062843479, trading as Infinite Dreams Solutions ("we"). We are responsible for the information collected on the Website. This policy covers the Website only. Our products have their own privacy policies: Infinite — Infinite privacy policy; NYNIZI — NYNIZI privacy policy. Information about parents and students that an organization manages in Infinite belongs to that organization, which is responsible for it; we process it for the organization and on its instructions. The same applies to information about the people who contact a business through NYNIZI: the business is responsible for it, and we process it for the business.
2. Information collected
Contact form: name, phone number, email and a description of your need or project, whether you agreed to receive updates and advertising from us, and the time of the inquiry. You are not legally required to provide these details, but without them we cannot reply.
Other channels: whatever you choose to send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or when booking a meeting.
Usage data — only with your consent: if you accepted "usage measurement" in the cookie notice, we record pages viewed, links and buttons clicked (their text), opening of the contact form, page language, device type (mobile or desktop), browser type, the referring page and a random visit ID kept in your browser. We do not store your name or IP address in this data. Without consent, this data is not collected at all.
Meta pixel — only with your consent: if you accepted usage measurement, we also load a Meta pixel. It records a page view, and a Lead event when the inquiry form is submitted successfully. Meta may set a cookie and receive your IP address and technical data under its own privacy policy, so we can measure our campaigns. Without consent the pixel is not loaded and no Lead event is sent.
Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider's servers receive the technical data needed to deliver the page, such as IP address and browser type.
3. Cookies and storage on your device
- Accessibility settings you choose in the accessibility bar — never sent to any server; the bar works without cookie consent.

- A random visit ID — only if you accepted usage measurement; deleted when you choose "Necessary only".
A Meta advertising cookie is stored only after you accept usage measurement. Choosing "Necessary only" stops further measurement and does not load the pixel. Change your choice anytime: .
4. Content loaded from external services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the productions page loads video thumbnails from YouTube and images from image sites. When they load, your browser contacts those services directly, and they receive your IP address and technical data under their own privacy policies.
5. How we use information
- to reply to you, handle your inquiry and offer or provide the service you asked for;
- to send updates and advertising — only if you explicitly agreed, under section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law; every such message is marked as advertising and lets you opt out;
- to understand how the Website is used and improve it — only with your consent to usage measurement;
- to measure visits and inquiries from our campaigns with a Meta pixel — only with that same consent;
- to operate and secure the Website and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Browsing data is sent to Meta only after you accept usage measurement, to measure our campaigns, under Meta's privacy policy.
6. Where information is kept
- Vercel — Website hosting and servers;
- Neon — the database holding inquiries and usage data;
- Meta — the advertising pixel, only if you accepted usage measurement;
- Competent authorities — where required by law.
Information is kept on cloud providers' servers, in Israel and abroad. Transfers outside Israel are made in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001.
7. Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, including handling your inquiry and the continuing business relationship, or as required by law, and then delete it. We take reasonable security measures under the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017. Communication with the Website is encrypted.
8. Your rights
You may access the information kept about you (section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981), ask to correct or delete information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated (section 14), ask us to delete your inquiry when it is no longer needed (subject to legal retention duties), ask that information about you be deleted from a database used for direct mailing (section 17F), and withdraw your consent to advertising and to usage measurement at any time. Send requests to the address in section 10, with "Privacy inquiry" in the subject line; we may ask for details to verify the requester's identity. We will reply within the periods set by law, and to an access request within 30 days. Requests about information an organization manages in Infinite should go to that organization, and requests about the people who contact a business through NYNIZI to that business; if they reach us, we will forward them. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
9. Minors and changes
The Website is intended for businesses and organizations, not for minors. We may update this policy; the updated version will be published on this page with its date. A new use of information collected only with consent will require new consent.
