The terms that apply to browsing this website and contacting us through it

1. General

The website www.infinite-dreams-solutions.co.il (the "Website") is operated by Yochai Apalu, licensed dealer (osek murshe) no. 062843479, trading as Infinite Dreams Solutions ("we"). These terms apply to any use of the Website and to any inquiry made through it. Use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. What the Website is

The Website presents information about our services and products and lets you contact us. Browsing it does not create an agreement to receive any service or product. Screens marked "demo" are illustrations only; the data in them does not reflect any particular customer.

3. The Infinite and NYNIZI products

Two subscription products we operate are presented on the Website: Infinite, a system for managing classes, centers and communities, and NYNIZI, a WhatsApp digital assistant for businesses. A subscription to either is formed only by signing up in the product itself, when a user on the customer's behalf accepts that product's terms of use and subscription terms. Before payment, the customer is shown the terms of the chosen plan with the amounts and dates that apply. The accepted product terms govern the subscription:

The main subscription terms, as also shown on the product pages of the Website:

  • Prices are in Israeli shekels, per month, before VAT; VAT is added as required by law, and the VAT-inclusive price is shown next to each price.
  • First week free: a card is entered at signup and the first charge is 7 days later. Cancel before then and pay nothing.
  • Cancelling: cancel anytime — in the product's subscription screen, by email, by phone or by registered mail, to the contact details in the product's terms. A cancellation not made in the screen must include details that identify the customer.
  • Monthly plan: no commitment; cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month.
  • Annual plan: a 12-month commitment from the first charge, paid in 12 monthly payments at the annual price. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month. Cancelling before the commitment ends means repaying only the discount received so far (the difference between the monthly and annual price for each paid month, plus VAT), never more than the payments left until the commitment ends. After 12 months the subscription continues month to month at the same price with no commitment; a new annual commitment is created only by the customer's explicit choice.
  • Cancelling within 14 days of the first charge: no exit fee, the first charge is refunded in full, and the subscription ends on the day of cancellation. This right is given once per customer, on monthly and annual plans.
  • Price changes: we will not raise an existing customer's price without advance notice and the customer's explicit approval. Without approval, the subscription ends at the end of the paid period, with no further charge and no exit fee.
  • NYNIZI for Infinite customers: a NYNIZI business linked to an Infinite organization pays NYNIZI the bundle prices, and while the link is active the bot books trial classes and records inquiries in the organization's Infinite system, on every plan. We link and unlink at the customer's request. After unlinking, the bundle price ends only with advance notice and the customer's approval, and on an annual plan not before the commitment ends. Each subscription is billed in its own product, separately.

Organizations use Infinite to run their activities. Parents and students who register for an organization's activity through Infinite contract with that organization, under its terms; we provide the organization with the system only and are not a party to that relationship. The organization's HUB and portal pages also show a short notice to HUB and portal users about our role as the system's operator.

4. Custom projects and services

Development, automation, lectures and workshops are provided under a written quote or agreement setting the scope, timeline, price and payment and cancellation terms. Information about them on the Website is not an offer; the accepted quote or agreement governs.

5. Permitted use

  • Do not submit another person's details without their consent, or false details;
  • do not disrupt the Website or attempt to access its systems without authorization, including in breach of the Israeli Computers Law, 1995;
  • do not use automated tools that burden the Website, or send unsolicited messages through it.

6. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property in the Website's content, design, texts, images, videos, screenshots and our marks belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Do not copy, distribute or publish them except as permitted by law. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

7. Third-party links and services

The Website links to and loads content from external services such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, YouTube and our product sites. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for websites we do not control.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may update or change its content. Website updates do not change subscription terms already accepted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from reliance on general information on the Website. Nothing here limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any right that cannot be waived by law, including under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

9. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms; the updated version will be published on this page with its date and applies to use of the Website from then on. It does not change the Infinite or NYNIZI terms a customer has accepted. These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent court in Israel under the law has jurisdiction.
