The plan's scope (branches / tracks and participants) is there to help you choose the right plan. Going beyond it does not limit the service, and brings no extra charge or plan change without your approval. Parents' payments go through the organization's own payment processor.

🤖 For Infinite customers: the NYNIZI WhatsApp bot at a bundle price
The bot is in final launch stages — you can already request activation and we'll update you as soon as it's available.
Infinite customers get the bot at a bundle price, with a direct connection: trial classes and leads go straight into Infinite. The same AI units as a regular NYNIZI subscription, for ₪50 less per month. On every plan, Small business included, the bot books trial classes in the organization’s system and gives the person the date Infinite confirmed, and new inquiries are recorded there. The class schedule updates in the bot automatically. First week free. The bot is billed by NYNIZI, separately from the Infinite subscription.
We turn on the connection between the bot and your Infinite organization for you, at your request. 1,000 extra AI units: ₪250 + VAT, one-time, for the current month.
WhatsApp messages are paid directly to Meta, according to Meta's price list.
Subscription terms in brief
- Annual plan: a 12-month commitment from the first charge, paid in 12 monthly payments at the annual price.
- Cancelling: cancel anytime — in the subscription and billing screen, by email, by phone or by registered mail; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. If you cancel before the annual commitment ends, you repay only the discount received so far: Studio ₪60, Center ₪130, Community center ₪240 + VAT per paid month, never more than the payments left until the commitment ends. Cancel within 14 days of the first charge: no exit fee, the first charge is refunded in full and the subscription ends on the day you cancel (monthly plans too; once per organization).
- After 12 months: the subscription continues month to month at the same price, with no commitment, cancellable anytime. We remind you by email and in the app 45 and 21 days before the commitment ends.
- Monthly plan: no commitment; cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month.
- First week free: enter a card, and the first charge is 7 days later. Cancel before then and pay nothing. We send an email reminder two days before the first charge.
- Price changes: we will not raise your price without advance notice and your explicit approval. Without approval, the subscription ends at the end of the paid period, with no further charge.
